What Is a Futures Bonus Voucher?
Futures Bonus Voucher is a special benefit launched by Phemex specifically for futures users. After completing the required tasks specified in the voucher, users can redeem it for Futures Bonus, which reduces trading costs and enhances margin flexibility.
Futures Trading Bonus Distribution Rules
Automatic Distribution: Eligible users will automatically receive the voucher. It will appear under Rewards Hub → My Rewards.
Manual Redemption Required: Once the required Bonus Conditions are completed, users must manually click Redeem in My Rewards to convert the voucher into usable Futures Bonus.
How to Use the Futures Bonus Voucher
1）View the Voucher
Navigate to Rewards Hub → My Rewards, locate the voucher, and check:

Bonus amount & task conditions

Voucher validity period

Redeem Bonus Conditions

Each voucher includes predefined conditions such as: Deposit, Execute a trade, Reach a specified trading volume, Complete a designated task

Tap “Redeem Bonus Conditions” to go to the task page
2）Redeem After Completion

Once all conditions are met: Return to My Rewards

Click Redeem to convert the voucher into Futures Bonus
3）Futures Bonus Activates Automatically

Immediately available for futures trading

Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed

Futures Bonus Usage Rules

The Futures Bonus can offset futures fees, losses, and funding costs, reducing overall costs

Usable as Margin: It can be used as initial or maintenance margin for futures positions

Futures Bonus can be used with any futures pair and leverage on the platform, with no restrictions

Not Withdrawable: The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn
