Phemex has entered into a strategic collaboration with Polymarket to bring prediction market services to our users. To comply with applicable regulations, we automatically apply geo-blocking based on the user's IP address.
Access is subject to regional restrictions. Geo-blocking is applied automatically based on IP address and is updated independently from time to time and may differ from other Phemex legal documents. In the event of any conflicts, the more restrictive list applies.
If you connect from a restricted region, prediction-market trading will be unavailable for the session and certain features will be disabled.

How Geo-Blocking Works

IP detection — On every login and order request, the IP address is evaluated against the restricted list.

Automatic enforcement — If a match is detected, you will be unable to place orders during the session.
Trading While Traveling
Traveling Users Access is determined by your current physical location, not your country of residence. If you are temporarily traveling to a non-restricted country, you may access Prediction Market as normal. If you travel to a restricted country, access will be suspended for the duration of your stay. A user normally resident in a permitted region but traveling to a restricted country will be unable to access Prediction Market for the duration of their stay in that location.

Where Can I Log In From?
If you cannot access Prediction Market from your current location, you may log in from any non-restricted region. Examples of non‑restricted jurisdictions include:

Disputes
As part of our strategic collaboration with Polymarket, all market-resolution disputes follow Polymarket's official dispute-resolution process. We do not independently re-adjudicate market outcomes.
