A U.S. judge has allowed Celsius Network's lawsuit against Tether, concerning the liquidation of approximately 39,500 Bitcoin, to move forward. Celsius claims Tether improperly liquidated the Bitcoin collateral in June 2022, resulting in losses exceeding $4 billion. The judge rejected Tether's motion to dismiss the case, which argued lack of jurisdiction, and ruled that Celsius's claims of breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, and priority can continue to be heard in court.
