Rewards Hub Phemex officially launched TradFi futures on February 5, 2026. For the first time, users can trade traditional assets such as Tesla, Apple, and Nvidia alongside gold (XAU) and silver (XAG), using the same USDT margin, interface, and order types already familiar from crypto perpetuals. To mark the launch, Phemex is running a TradFi Futures Zero Fee Carnival from February 6 to February 20, 2026. During this period, all TradFi futures trades carry 0% maker fees and 0% taker fees. In addition, three promotional events distribute a combined $100,000 USDT in rewards based on first trades, trading volume, and referrals.
There is also a first-trade loss subsidy. If a user’s first TradFi futures trade results in a loss, Phemex subsidizes the loss amount up to $50, subject to eligibility and participation limits.

What Are TradFi Futures on Phemex?
TradFi futures on Phemex are perpetual contracts that track the price of traditional financial assets. They function the same way as crypto perpetuals: traders can open long or short positions, apply leverage, and settle profits or losses in USDT. The underlying stock or commodity is not owned; exposure is based purely on price movement.
At launch, supported assets include individual stocks such as Tesla, Apple, and Nvidia, precious metals including gold and silver, and selected indices. Additional assets are expected to be added over time.
For existing crypto futures traders, there is no learning curve. The interface, margin modes, risk controls, and order types are identical, and the same USDT balance can be used across both crypto and TradFi futures without internal transfers.

What Is the Zero Fee Carnival?
Event period: February 6, 2026 10:00 UTC to February 20, 2026 10:00 UTC (two one-week cycles)
Zero fees: All TradFi futures trades during the event period have 0% maker and 0% taker fees. Standard crypto futures fees (0.01% maker, 0.06% taker) remain unchanged.
Total prize pool: $100,000 USDT across three events, plus bonus position vouchers.
Event 1: Task Rewards ($36,000 Prize Pool)
Users can earn rewards by completing specific TradFi futures trading tasks. All rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

The first-trade task has the lowest barrier to entry. The volume and streak tasks are designed for users trading consistently throughout the event period.
Event 2: Volume Leaderboard ($20,000 Prize Pool)
Users who trade TradFi futures during the event period can qualify for the volume leaderboard. Rewards are shared among the top traders, with a maximum of 1,000 qualifying participants.

The minimum volume required to qualify is 5,000 USDT. Rewards within each tier are distributed proportionally based on total qualifying volume.
Event 3: Referral Rewards ($50,000 Prize Pool)
Users can earn referral rewards by inviting new users to register and complete their first TradFi futures trade. Both the referrer and the referred user receive rewards. Participation is limited to 1,000 qualifying referral pairs.
Each successful referral combination earns up to $50 USDT in combined rewards from the prize pool.

First-Trade Loss Protection
In addition to the three promotional events, Phemex is offering a loss subsidy on the first TradFi futures trade for eligible participants.
After registering, users place their first TradFi futures trade. If that trade closes at a loss, Phemex subsidizes the loss amount after the event ends, up to $50 USDT in futures bonus per user. This benefit is limited to the first 1,000 participants, on a first-come, first-served basis.
This structure provides a limited downside buffer on the first trade while allowing users to retain any profits if the trade is successful.
