The stated value of the physical item is for reference only. The final value of the physical reward shall be determined based on the official website price in the winner's region. Participants acknowledge and agree that, should the physical prize become undeliverable for any reason, Phemex reserves the right to substitute it with an equivalent amount of USDT. The substitution value will be calculated according to the fair market value of the prize in the winner's region at the time the winner is confirmed. For example, if a participant from Poland wins a prize, the fair market value will be based on the official local website price of the prize in Poland.

To complete any net-deposit task, users must transfer at least the minimum required USDT amount specified for that task into their Futures Account. Only deposits made into the Futures Account count toward task completion. If the required amount is not deposited as instructed, the reward will not be issued.

Winners of physical rewards will be notified via email or Phemex staff. Please check your email at the end of the promotion. Any physical rewards not claimed within thirty (30) days after the end of the promotion shall be deemed forfeited, and the Platform shall thereafter have no obligation or liability with respect thereto.
