The social media reward is a type of promotional Trading Reward that rewards you for following our Phemex Twitter Account, completing your KYC, and submitting proof of these actions.

Reward Not Received
The following is a list of reasons for why you might not have received your Social Media Reward:
- You’re located in or accessing our site from a restricted region or country.
- The Twitter ID or profile link you’ve submitted leads to a Page Error 499.
- You have not retweeted the correct content.
- You have not completed your KYC verification.
- You used a Twitter ID that has already been recorded.
- Your Twitter account is private.
- Other cache & cookies issues.
Solutions
- If your Twitter account is private, set it to public.
- Please ensure you have completed KYC verification.
- Once you have submitted your Social Media Reward application, it may take up to 24 hours before you account is credited. Please wait patiently.
- If you have not received your bonus after 24 hours despite meeting all requirements, please contact us at support@phemex.zendesk.com to rectify the issue.
NOTE: Social media rewards are now removed from our welcome bonus.
