Phemex needs help from our community to continue growing into a very solid and stronger cryptocurrency exchange platform. Being a trader, a supporter or a cryptocurrency enthusiast, we would like to invite you to become a Phemex Guardian. We are enlisting volunteers to become our Phemex Guardians.

What do you need to do as a Phemex Guardian?

As a Guardian, your task will be to looks after and help Phemex grow in the following areas:

• Invite new users to use the platform
• Help new users use the platform
• Participate actively in the Phemex’s community groups and social media channels
• Respond to users’ questions, support inquiries and comments
• Participate in beta testing and provide early feedback and suggestions
• Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups
• Help Phemex maintain and moderate online and offline communities
• Help Phemex translate and proofread content
• Provide Phemex with market feedback and suggestions
• Promote Phemex on all social media platforms
• Look for KOLs, influencers and community leaders to cooperate with Phemex
• Attend as a guest for special AMA and Q&A sessions
• Conduct trading tutorials via livestream

Note: This is an unpaid and volunteer position but there will be opportunities to be promoted as a community manager, a marketing associate or business development associate if the performance and contribution will be outstanding.

How to earn free Phemex Premium, USDT rewards and special trading bonuses as a Phemex Guardian?

To earn special trading bonuses, a Guardian will need to do any of the following:

Tasks set 1

• Promotion on different social media platforms, with at least 10 posts per day.
• Send at least 50 messages per day in the official Telegram English community or any of our local community groups
• Memes creation (At least 1 memes per day)
• (Optional) YouTube reviews (At least 1 video review per week)
• (Optional) Article writing (At least 2 articles per week)

Tasks set 2

• Build your own promo group (Add or invite at least 100 active members per month)
• At least 15 referrals per month with at least $3000 deposit generated from referrals
• At least $150,000 spot+contract trading volume generated from referrals

Notes:

• A guardian can do any tasks from set 1 and set 2.
• There will be no specific budget limit for the rewards but the rewards of each guardian will be capped at $300 trading bonus and 300 USDT.
• Junior Guardians are only eligible to earn trading bonuses
• Senior Guardians are entitled to earn both trading bonuses and USDT rewards.
• A Guardian needs to prepare a weekly report that will be submitted via email. The managers of the Phemex Guardians (Senior Phemex Team Members) will evaluate the report and rewards will be given depending on the quantity and quality of the work and contribution.

What is the difference between a Junior and a Senior Guardian?

A Junior Guardian is basically a starter guardian, which will only be entitled with trading bonus rewards. On the other hand, a Senior Guardian is a guardian who has maintained a KPI score of 85% and above for 4 consecutive months.

A Senior Guardian can be demoted to a Junior Guardian if the KPIs will be below 80% for 2 consecutive months. Senior Guardian level can be retained by maintaining a score of 80% and above.

• Social Media Promotion: 25%
• Telegram Community Contribution: 15%
• Memes Creation: 10%
• Article Writing: 15%
• YouTube Reviews: 20%
• Promo group with at least 100 active members per month: 30%
• Referrals and deposits: 35%
• Trading volume: 35%

Example 1:

If a guardian completes the following:

• Social Media Promotion: 25%
• Telegram Community Contribution: 15%
• Memes Creation: 10%
• Trading volume: 35%

Total score = 85% = Eligible for level up to Senior Guardian

Example 2: 

If a guardian completes the following:

• Social Media Promotion: 25%
• Article Writing: 15%
• Memes Creation: 10%
• Referrals and deposits: 35%

Total score = 85% = Eligible for level up to Senior Guardian

Example 3: 

If a guardian completes the following:

• Social Media Promotion: 25%
• Article Writing: 15%
• YouTube Reviews: 20%
• Memes Creation: 10%

Total score = 70% = Not eligible for level up to Senior Guardian

Note:

• If in case the guardian exceeds 100% score, there will be no additional rewards.
• If a guardian gets a score of 50% below for 2 consecutive months, he/she will be removed from the program.
