- 03:25 – 04:05: Order placement and asset transfers were unavailable.
- 04:05 – 05:24: Service was partially restored. Users were able to place orders, but transfers remained unavailable.
- 05:30 – 06:27: Full functionality was restored, and we proceeded to process all pending transfer data generated during the incident.
Affected User IDs:
- Users with UID below 6,000,000, where UID % 20 ends in 0–9
- Users with UID above 7,000,000, where UID % 20 ends in 4–7
