  - Linear Perpetual Futures (USDT and USDC-margined) and Inverse Perpetual Futures: Users with UID in the range 8,300,000–8,800,000, and users with UID in the range 60,001-5,999,999 whose UID modulo 20 is between 4 and 5
• Impacted Services:
  • Fund transfers
  • Asset conversions
  • Deposits and withdrawals
  • Trading of linear and inverse perpetual futures
