Dear Phemex Users,
Phemex will support the official rebranding initiative of Toncoin (TON) and its ticker change to Gram (GRAM). As part of this migration, Phemex will delist the TON/USDT Margin Trading pair and the TON/USDT Spot pair, disable TON Convert, and subsequently list a new GRAM/USDT Spot trading pair.
Migration Overview
Phemex will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding TON in their Phemex accounts.
All TON balances will be automatically converted to GRAM at a strict ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM.
Please note: Margin (leverage) trading for GRAM will not be available immediately upon listing. The launch timing will be announced separately in due course.
Migration Schedule
Margin Trading
10:00 UTC on June 24, 2026 — Borrowing for TON on margin will be suspended, opening new positions on the TON/USDT margin pair will be disabled, and transfers of TON into Margin Accounts will be closed. Users may only close existing positions.
10:00 UTC on June 26, 2026 — The TON/USDT margin trading pair will be delisted. Phemex Margin will close all users' positions, conduct automatic settlement, and cancel all pending orders on the margin pair of the aforementioned token.
Users are strongly advised to close their margin positions and/or transfer their assets from Margin Accounts to Spot Accounts prior to the cessation of margin trading. Phemex will not be responsible for any potential losses.
Deposits & Withdrawals
07:00 UTC on June 29, 2026 — Deposits and withdrawals of TON will be suspended. Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your chain transfers to be processed prior to this time. TON deposits after this deadline will not be credited.
Deposits and withdrawals for GRAM will be resumed immediately after the technical migration is completed, without further notice.
Spot Trading & Convert
08:00 UTC on June 29, 2026 — The TON/USDT spot trading pair will be delisted from the Phemex spot market, and TON Convert will be disabled. All pending orders will be automatically cancelled at that time (including Spot Trading Bots orders).
10:00 UTC on June 29, 2026 — All TON balances will be automatically converted to GRAM at a strict ratio of 1 TON = 1 GRAM, and the new GRAM/USDT spot trading pair will officially list and open for trading.
