Phemex supports the renaming of Polyhedra Network (ZK) and will take the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for Polyhedra Network (ZK) offline, including spot trading and contract trading. 

Here is the offline schedule. Please be aware that the schedules for spot and contract trading are different:

Spot Delisting

• The ZK Deposit is now closed, so it will not be credited to your account.
• 10:00 UTC on June 4, 2024 – The ZK Withdrawal will be closed and the ZK/USDT pair will be delisted from the Phemex spot market. All pending trade orders will be automatically removed after the delisting time. Any withdrawal requirements after this timestamp should be submitted to our CS team at support@phemex.zendesk.com for further help. 

Contract Delisting

• 6:30 UTC on June 4, 2024 – Phemex will only support ReduceOnly orders for the ZKUSDT contract.
• 7:00 UTC on June 4, 2024 – All orders and trading for this trading pair will be closed.
• All positions still open for this pair after 7:00 UTC will be closed based on the asset’s average mark price in the 30-minute time period from 6:30 UTC to 7:00 UTC on June 4, 2024.
