Phemex will delist the NEO/USDT spot trading pair on October 19, 2023.

The delisting schedule will be as follows:

• NEO deposit is now closed, so it will not be credited to your account.
• 10:00 UTC on October 19, 2023 – The NEO/USDT pair will be delisted from the Phemex spot market. All pending trade orders will be automatically removed roughly 1-3 days after the delisting time.
• Withdrawal of the coin from Phemex will continue to be supported until 10:00 UTC on October 24, 2023. Any withdrawal requirements after that should be submitted to our CS team at support@phemex.zendesk.com for further help.
