Dear Phemex users,

Good news! To improve our user experience and give back to our community, Phemex’s membership program will be comprehensively upgraded in May. The new system will simply be called Phemex Membership! Here are the details:

1. After this upgrade, all users will become Phemex Members free of charge. You’ll be able to access awesome membership privileges and rewards, and level up your membership through continued use of our platform. At each membership level, you’ll be able to enjoy various benefits such as spot trading discounts, contract trading discounts, Earn Crypto benefits, physical gifts, and other VIP experiences.
2. From April 15 onwards, users who purchase Phemex Premium will still be able to enjoy Premium membership as normal, but it won’t automatically renew for the time being.
3. Before the new membership system goes online, if you still wish to buy our original Phemex Premium, you can do so and subscribe up to April 30, 2023. The right to purchase current premium memberships will end on April 26, 2022.
4. We have developed two service plans for members whose existing premium membership subscriptions last past April 30, 2023:
   • Return the remaining costs associated with your Phemex Premium,  and you’ll start Phemex Membership at level 1
   • You can choose not to have the remaining costs refunded, and we’ll start you off at a higher Phemex Membership level in the new system
   • Specific details and actions regarding the above will be provided at a later time.

The specific launch date of our new membership system will be announced soon. Please follow our updates to get notified as soon as possible.
