Notice of API Upgrade

Dear Phemexers,

In order to better provide Phemex API services, our  development team has upgraded the contract account transfer API. We recommend you migrate to and use the new conversion API and transfer API to perform contract account transfer functions. The old transfer API  will expire at 23:59:59 UTC on March 31, 2022.
