The amount of candy each new user receives will depend on their spot trading volume：
- Spot trading volume ≥ 10 USD: 1 candy
- Spot trading volume ≥ 20 USD: 2 candies
- Spot trading volume ≥ 100 USD: 10 candies
All candy holders will share 350,000 FOGO, with a maximum reward of 2,000 FOGO per user.
