Campaign Rules:
- Only fees from contracts that are both opened and closed on November 25th will be refunded. The refund will be distributed within the following 20 days.
- Accounts implicated in any violations will be disqualified from the event.
- You must sign up and possess Phemex Soul Pass (PSP) prior to 23:59 UTC on November 25th. Click here to know about PSP.
- Trading conducted with the use of the trading voucher will be excluded from the refund offer. Deducted part of transaction fees with the use of the trading bonus won’t be refunded.
- Participation is limited to your main account only. Market makers, API traders, and institutional accounts are not eligible for this campaign.
- The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, profits from market manipulation, self-dealing or wash trades.
- Users are only eligible to participate with a single account. If we detect multiple accounts with the same IP addresses or same devices, all offending accounts will be disqualified.
- In order to prevent malicious actions, we will make a review over participant activity using our internal AI system before reward distribution.
- Completion of KYC verification before the start of the event is a must.
- Phemex reserves the right to make any final and binding amendments to these rules.
- The cashback upper limit for each account is 100 USDT.
