To further optimize our product portfolio and focus resources on services that deliver greater long-term value to users, Phemex will discontinue its On-Chain Earn products for SolvBTC and xstETH.

What You Need to Know：
1. Users holding SolvBTC or xstETH On-Chain Earn positions may submit a manual redemption request by August 28, 2026. For manual redemption requests, redeemed xstETH will be credited to users’ Phemex accounts within three weeks after the request is submitted, while redeemed SolvBTC will be credited within one month.
2. After the redemption period ends, any remaining SolvBTC and xstETH positions will be automatically redeemed by the system. No action is required from users.
3. For system-initiated redemptions, redeemed xstETH will be credited to users’ Phemex accounts within three weeks after the system initiates the redemption, while redeemed SolvBTC will be credited within one month.
4. ETH points will not be removed as a result of this product discontinuation. They will remain in users' accounts and may be used for future point-to-airdrop redemptions in accordance with the project's rules. Users can view their ETH points in the [My Earnings - Total Extra Bonus]. Further details will be announced separately.
