To safeguard user assets and maintain the quality of our services, Phemex will delist the Metal, Taiko, and Mantra network and discontinue deposit and withdrawal services via this network at 07:00 on September 23, 2026 (UTC).
Due to the lack of stable node support for this network and the absence of any corresponding spot trading pairs on Phemex, Phemex has decided, following a comprehensive review, to discontinue support for the network.

Withdrawals will be discontinued at 7:00 on September 23, 2026 (UTC).
Action Required:
Please withdraw the affected assets to an external wallet or another platform that supports the corresponding network before 07:00 on September 23, 2026 (UTC). Please ensure that the assets have been successfully credited to the receiving wallet or platform.
Important Notes:

Please ensure that the receiving address supports the corresponding network. Selecting an incompatible network may result in the loss of your assets.

Once the services are discontinued, the affected assets will no longer be available for self-service withdrawal through Phemex.

Deposits made via the affected network after the deadline will not be credited and may be unrecoverable.

If you are unable to complete the withdrawal before the deadline, please contact Phemex Customer Support. Phemex will assess whether assistance can be provided based on the technical circumstances at the time. However, asset recovery cannot be guaranteed.
This adjustment applies only to deposit and withdrawal services via the network specified above. Other supported networks and related services on Phemex will not be affected.
