Hello Phemex users,

We’re happy to announce that the Phemex Crypto Converter now supports the four following conversions:

• BTC to USDT & USDT to BTC
• BTC to ETH & ETH to BTC
• ETH to USD & USD to ETH
• ETH to USDT & USDT to ETH

If you’re not sure what the crypto converter is, check out this user guide. If you want more details on how to use the converter, refer to these instructions.

Additionally, due to an upcoming system upgrade from 3:00 UTC to 5:00 UTC today (Dec. 23, 2021), the following functions will be temporarily suspended until upgrade is complete.

• Crypto converter
• Fund transfers between Phemex.com and Phemex TR accounts
• Transfers between main accounts and sub-accounts on Phemex
• Transfers from spot wallet to contract trading accounts or investment accounts on Phemex.com
• Buy crypto functions on Phemex TR (Buy Crypto on Phemex.com is not affected)
