Phemex is continuously upgrading the wallet infrastructure to ensure higher efficiency and security for our users. As a result, on November 7th, 2023, Phemex will retire certain existing deposit addresses and memos still on the old infrastructure. Users whose deposit address and memos are affected will need to retrieve new deposit addresses.

The affected chains include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Tron, Neo, Ontology, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ripple, EOS, and Tezos.

To obtain a new deposit address, please go to the Phemex Deposit page, select the coin and network, then check the new address. It is important to ensure that the withdrawal address from other exchanges or wallets matches the address displayed on the Phemex Deposit page.
