We are excited to announce an upcoming enhancement to our Phemex Collaborator Program that will further align our mutual interests and reward your commitment to growth.

Effective from March 1, 2024, we will be introducing a new commission rate structure that is influenced by the amount of vePT held. This adjustment is designed to provide a clear and transparent framework for rewards, incentivizing our collaborators with higher commission rates tied to their vePT holdings.

Here is the details of the new commission rates structure:

• 700 vePT: 30%
• 4,000 vePT: 35%
• 13,500 vePT: 40%
• 50,000 vePT: 45%
• 165,000 vePT: 50%
• 480,000 vePT: 55%
• 1,000,000 vePT: 60%



Please be advised that, unless otherwise specified by an existing agreement or contract with Phemex, all collaborators will be subject to the changes made in response to market conditions. Phemex holds the right of final interpretation and we commit to engaging with our collaborators and providing advance notice prior to implementing any such changes.

We believe this structure not only incentivizes our collaborators but also fosters a stronger ecosystem around vePT. Our goal is to grow together, and by linking commission rates to vePT, we create a more cohesive and collaborative environment.
