Reason for Inclusion: We have observed that GAME2/USDT, LN/USDT, EGL1/USDT, DELABS/USDT, ZKWASM/USDT, FIR/USDT, XTER/USDT, 1000WHY/USDT, XCX/USDT and TAKER/USDT have triggered one or multiple of our ST rules as follows:

The project has experienced persistently low trading volume and insufficient liquidity. To protect investors, it is being moved to Special Treatment (ST).

We have made multiple attempts to contact the project team for necessary operational updates but have not received a valid response within the stipulated time, triggering our information disclosure risk rule.

Our review found that the project has failed to meet critical development milestones as outlined in its whitepaper, without providing a reasonable explanation to the community.
Follow-up Measures:
Risk Warning: Effective 10:00 (UTC) on October 31, 2025, users will be required to pass the mandatory Risk Cognizance Test before trading the listed pairs.
Continuous Review: We will continuously track the progress of the projects listed above and conduct regular re-evaluations. Should the project's situation improve and it re-meet our standards, we will consider removing it from Special Treatment (ST). Conversely, if the situation deteriorates, we may proceed with the delisting of the token.
