1. You qualify for reward if your invitee completes KYC verification. Total trading volume = Contract trading volume + Spot trading volume.

2. The Phemex Referral Program covers Spot and Contract trading, and the airdrop rewards are calculated separately based on your invitee's respective trading volumes. For example, if your invitee's Spot trading volume reaches a certain amount, you will receive the corresponding reward. When your invitee reaches the top trading volume amount, you will receive rewards from all tiers. The invitee can also earn corresponding rewards.

3. When you are eligible for rewards, they will be credited to you within 30 working days. You need to claim your rewards within 30 days.

4. Due to the large number of participants, it will take more time to distribute the rewards to your Spot Account. We thank you for your patience and continued support. Please note that users who violate our terms will not be eligible for referral rewards. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.

5. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification: batch account registration, profits from market manipulation, self-dealing or wash trades. Your account will be banned if any cheating is detected by our system.

6. To prevent any malicious actions, referral rewards will be canceled if we detect any of the methods listed.
