2. Predict the BTC Index price for October 31st

3. Each PSP holder has the opportunity to cast four votes. You can choose to allocate all votes to the same option, or you can distribute them across different separate price ranges.

4. There are in total two votes distributed to Phemex Soul Pass holders. Each user can get another two votes through friend referral.

5. The participating user can earn up to two rewards through friend referrals. The invitee should register their accounts and mint Phemex Soul Pass after September 14. Once the invitee successfully mints their PSP, both the invitee and the inviter will be rewarded with a mystery box each and an extra vote for the 1000 BTC Challenge.

6. Only users who minted Phemex Soul Pass successfully before October 15, 2023 can unlock their mystery boxes.

8. You should vote before October 15th 23:59 UTC.

9. The rewards acquired through friend referrals can only be used after the invited user successfully mints their PSP.

10. Each user can receive up to 10 mystery boxes.

11. Wait for October 31 00:00 UTC to discover the final BTC index price.

12. Following the event, winners will receive their rewards within 20 working days.
