The 60-day volatility of BlackRock's Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF), IBIT, has significantly decreased, now aligning closely with the volatility of the U.S. stock market. According to Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg, the volatility of IBIT was approximately 5.7 times that of the S&P 500 (SPX) a year ago. This shift indicates a stabilization in Bitcoin's market behavior, bringing it in line with traditional equities.
