Conservative funds in the United States have started allocating a portion of their assets to Bitcoin, signaling a significant institutional shift towards the cryptocurrency. According to The Kobeissi Letter, these funds have allocated 1% of their assets under management (AUM) to Bitcoin, driven by the asset's impressive 90% compound annual growth rate over 13 years and recent governmental adoption of cryptocurrencies. With US institutional AUM estimated at $31 trillion, a 1% allocation could result in $300 billion flowing into Bitcoin. Considering global institutional AUM, potential inflows could exceed $1 trillion, marking a substantial increase in Bitcoin's market presence.
