Baton Corporation, the parent company of Pump.fun, has enlisted a high-profile legal team to defend against a class action lawsuit filed by Burwick Law. The lawsuit accuses Pump.fun of selling unregistered securities and engaging in activities potentially linked to terrorist financing and drug trafficking. The legal team includes former SEC investigator Daniel L. Sachs, crypto litigation expert Kyle P. Dorso, and veteran crypto lawyer Stephen D. Palley from the law firm Brown Rudnick.
The lawsuit, led by Max Burwick of Burwick Law and the firm Wolf Popper, represents Kendall Carnahan and other plaintiffs.
