Stablecoin project Plasma has concluded its deposit phase, reaching a total deposit limit of $1 billion. The project aimed to ensure global fair participation, limit bot activity, and prioritize real users while providing ample stablecoin liquidity for its mainnet beta launch. Although the deposit phase has ended, the system remains operational, allowing users to withdraw funds freely before the lock-up phase begins. However, withdrawing or transferring voucher tokens will reduce the corresponding units. Plasma's team views this milestone as a starting point for future development.
