PayPal Blockchain Head José Fernández da Ponte Joins Stellar

José Fernández da Ponte, former head of blockchain at PayPal, has joined the Stellar Development Foundation (SDF) as president and chief growth officer. Fernández da Ponte was instrumental in launching digital currencies and stablecoins at PayPal. Additionally, Jason Karsh, previously with Block and Blockchain.com, has been appointed as Stellar's chief marketing officer.
