Nvidia has acquired Kumo AI, a startup specializing in predictive artificial intelligence, for over $400 million. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Nvidia's AI software offerings and bolster its position in the enterprise predictive analytics sector. Kumo AI, established in 2022, focuses on developing models that process structured data for tasks like customer churn prediction and fraud detection. The Kumo AI team joined Nvidia last month, although Nvidia has not provided further comments on the acquisition.
