Attackers have taken control of H token management on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC), issuing an additional 100 million H tokens, valued at approximately $12.9 million. This development was reported on June 9, following Blockaid's monitoring of the situation. The attackers expanded their scope by seizing proxy administrator privileges, allowing them to mint new tokens into a new wallet. This incident follows previous reports of over $31 million being stolen from addresses linked to the Humanity Protocol. The attack highlights ongoing security vulnerabilities within the protocol's infrastructure, raising concerns about the safety of assets on the BSC network.
