ElizaOS Founder Accuses X of Extortion Over License Fees
Share
Shaw, the founder of ElizaOS, has accused X (formerly Twitter) of extortion, claiming the platform demanded a $50,000 monthly enterprise license fee to unblock his account. Shaw stated that X alleged violations of terms of service, including unauthorized data sales and API key bypassing, which he denies. He currently pays $1,000 monthly for "yellow label" certification and $200 for a developer license. Shaw criticized the demand as unjust and is contemplating legal action, asserting that the situation contradicts his principles and the ethos of open source development.Source:Show Original
