Coinbase has signed a lease for a new office in San Francisco's Mission Rock development, marking its return to the city after moving away from a headquarters model three years ago. The cryptocurrency exchange has acquired a 150,000-square-foot space at 1090 Dr. Maya Angelou Lane, occupying more than half of Building B, developed by Tishman Speyer and the San Francisco Giants. San Francisco Mayor Daniel Lurie welcomed Coinbase's return, highlighting the city as a prime location for growth. This new office will be Coinbase's largest single location, underscoring its commitment to expanding its presence in the area.
