This subcommittee, part of the Global Markets Advisory Committee, includes 36 experts from major financial institutions like Citadel, BlackRock, and Goldman Sachs. It advises the CFTC on digital asset issues and policy development. Ching's appointment underscores the growing influence of tech leaders in regulatory discussions. With over a decade of experience, including his role as technical director at Meta's encryption platform, Ching brings significant expertise to the panel.
