Aave V4 is advancing its phased launch with a new dual-layer market isolation architecture, as announced by founder Stani Kulechov. This innovative structure isolates collateral into independent Hubs, each further divided into Spokes, allowing selective cap control for liquidity sharing within each Hub. The initial market structure includes Prime, Core, and Plus Hubs, with plans to introduce more Hubs in future phases. This architecture offers more granular collateral isolation and liquidity management compared to previous designs. The phased rollout allows Aave to gradually deploy V4, enabling continuous monitoring of performance and risk parameters under the new market structure before full implementation.
