Li Lin, the former founder of Huobi, has acquired a 5.9% stake in Tiger Brokers through his company, Avenir Tech Limited. According to SEC filings, Avenir Tech holds 10,667,580 American Depositary Shares (ADS) of UP Fintech Holding Limited, the parent company of Tiger Brokers. Avenir Tech is fully owned by Avenir View, which in turn is owned by Avenir Investment, with Li Lin as the sole shareholder of Avenir Investment.
