Wyoming has progressed to the public chain bidding stage for its planned state-level stablecoin. The state has launched a website to transparently display the review process, which will determine the public chain on which the stablecoin will be issued. Evaluation criteria include user base, stability, and performance, among others. Seventeen public chains have been shortlisted for evaluation in two batches. Currently, Solana and Aptos lead with 32 points each, followed by Sei with 30 points.
