GF Securities (Hong Kong) has introduced a tokenized security, GF Token, offering daily interest payments in U.S. dollars, Hong Kong dollars, and offshore renminbi. The U.S. dollar token is linked to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (SOFR), while rates for other currencies remain unspecified. Available exclusively to institutions and professional investors, the token facilitates interest generation on short-term funds and conversion between tokenized assets. Trading will occur on Hashkey, a licensed Hong Kong cryptocurrency exchange.
