D3 Global Unveils $1M Fund for Tokenized Domain Projects on Doma Testnet

D3 Global has launched a $1 million USDC developer fund to bolster projects on its Doma Protocol public testnet. This initiative is designed to enhance the DomainFi ecosystem by integrating real-world domain names into the blockchain as tradable assets. Managed by the Doma Forge program, the fund will offer grants, mentorship, and development tools for DApp creation in domain tokenization.
The Doma testnet application facilitates the trading of tokenized Web2 and Web3 domains, supporting fractional ownership and DeFi lending. D3 aims to transform over 360 million traditional domains into blockchain-compatible assets, ensuring compatibility with DNS and Web3 platforms like Solana and Avalanche. The grant program is currently accepting applications, with priority given to those submitted before July 31.
