To apply for Entity Verification, please prepare the following documents:
- Certificate of Incorporation.
- Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Register of Directors/Certificate of Incumbency/Business Registry or equivalent.
- This document needs to be issued within the last 12 months or else it will be considered invalid.
- This document needs to include information regarding the company’s current directors.
- Register of Members(Shareholders)/Certificate of Incumbency/Business Registry or equivalent.
- This document needs to be issued within the last 12 months or else it will be considered invalid.
- This document needs to include information regarding the company’s current shareholders.
- Ownership Structure.
- Please indicate information of all the UBOs (Ultimate Beneficial Owners who hold at least 25% shares over the applying company).
- Please include at least one director’s signature along with the latest issuing date.
- Sanctions Questionnaire.

- Letter of Authorization.
- (Please contact our customer support team for a “sample”)
- The authorized person will be considered the account holder.
- The letter of authorization should be issued within the last 3 months.
- If there are two or more directors in the applying company, please include at least 2 directors’ signatures along with the latest issuing date.
- Document to prove the entity’s current operating status.
- A full screenshot from the government website which contains the company’s current details. Make sure that the same screenshot also contains the desktop system’s clock & date.
- Certificate of Incumbency issued within the last 3 months.
- Certificate of Good Standing issued within the last 3 months.
- Valid Passport or Identity Card of all the Directors, UBOs/Shareholders (of at least 25% shares), and Authorized Account Holders.
