To troubleshoot your 2FA, synchronize the time on your mobile phone (in order to synchronize your Google Authenticator App) with your computer (from which you are attempting to log in.)
For Android:
- Go to your phone settings and click on General or System (depending on your phone).
- Click on Date & Time.
- Enable Automatic date and time.
If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it. Then, go to the main menu of your Google Authenticator app, click Settings, click Time correction for codes and finally, click Sync now.
For IOS:
- Go to your phone settings, and click on General.
- Click on Date & Time, then Set automatically. If already enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds and re-enable it.
If the above steps do not work, try restarting your phone or clearing your browser cache and cookies on your computer/laptop.
