Binance Research reports that 51 traditional financial asset perpetual contracts (TradFi Perps) on Binance generated a trading volume of $60.3 billion over the past week. This accounts for 10.3% of the total $585.3 billion in trading volume across all 627 perpetual contract pairs on the platform. So far this month, metals, stocks, and energy have contributed approximately 50%, 21%, and 30% respectively to the TradFi perpetuals trading volume. Binance Research notes that TradFi perpetuals have evolved from an 'experimental category' to a structural liquidity source.
