Amber International has successfully raised $25.5 million through a private placement to enhance its institutional crypto business. The funding round, announced on June 30, was led by prominent investors including Mile Green, Harvest Capital, and Pantera Capital. The capital will be directed towards expanding operations in the U.S. and Southeast Asia, with a focus on crypto reserve strategies, asset tokenization, and AI-AgentFi projects. CEO Wayne Huo highlighted the strategic value of the investors' global networks and industry expertise. The transaction is set to finalize by July 4, 2025.
